About Jan Cooper OAM

Recently bestowed an Order of Australian Medal (OAM), Jan’s story is one of determination, hard work, and perseverance. Currently West Coast Eagles AFLW Wellbeing Manager, Jan supports players to be the best version of themselves. She is a trailblazer for the AFLW competition, and many credit her leadership for the increase in national female participation numbers by hundreds of thousands. As an advocate for wellbeing, diversity and inclusion in the community, Lifeline WA is honoured to be able to have Jan share her story.
