If life is in danger
call 000

We're here for every West Australian.

Sometimes it helps to know that someone is listening and that you don’t have to face your problems alone. Lifeline WA’s mission is to prevent suicide, support people in crisis and reduce the stigmas, which can be a barrier to people seeking help.

If you are struggling or experiencing a personal crisis, our caring, non-judgmental and devoted Telephone Crisis Support volunteers are here for you 24/7.

A Safe Place to Talk

How you can make a difference

Every contact can offer hope and it is devastating that we don’t have the resources to answer every call immediately.
We rely on our donors and partners to keep the lines running.

  • Mental Health First Aid - Standard
Learn to recognise common mental health problems, how to provide initial help to someone experiencing a mental health problem using a practical, evidence-based Action Plan, and how to respond in a crisis situation. During the course, participants have the opportunity to practice new skills in a safe environment.

Helpful Resources
