The Latest from Lifeline WA -
October 2021

At Lifeline WA we work every day to prevent suicide, support people in crisis and reduce the stigmas which can be a barrier to people seeking help.

Among those working with us to raise awareness of the importance of mental health is Hockeyroo Rachael Lynch, who is as passionate about suicide prevention as she is about field hockey. In the run up to Mental Health Week, which takes place from October 9-16, Rachael is encouraging anyone who needs support to reach out and ask for help.

Mental Health Week is a reminder to not only care for yourself, but others in need of support in the WA community.
