Workplace Training

Lifeline WA’s mission is “To prevent suicide, support people in crisis and reduce the stigmas, which can be a barrier to people seeking help”. One of the ways that we hope to achieve this, is through training the corporate community in mental health awareness and suicide prevention.

Lifeline WA offers a range of education courses on suicide prevention, mental health, crisis intervention and domestic and family violence.

Our courses build the skills, knowledge and confidence of participants in corporate, government and community organisations.

Approximately one in every five Western Australians will experience a mental illness each year. Our education courses guide organisations to support those with mental health conditions and manage stress and other risks to mental health in the workplace.

All our courses are flexible and interactive, encouraging participants to ask questions and share their knowledge and experience. Participants have opportunities for hands-on skills practice and to reflect on what they have learned.
