Mental Health First Aid training for workplaces & individuals
Build skills, reduce stigma, and support better mental health.
Around one in five Australian adults experience a common mental illness each year. Despite how common these challenges are, many people feel unsure of what to say or how to help when someone around them is struggling.
Lifeline WA’s accredited Instructors deliver Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses, developed by Mental Health First Aid Australia, to give you the confidence and practical skills to support someone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.
Our next public session will be taking place on the 10 & 11 of December. Learn more here.
